GETTING STARTED
-
No prior experience is required whatsoever. We work with complete beginners through to advanced athletes. Our intake process is designed to meet you exactly where you are and build from there safely and effectively.
-
Your first session is a free consultation and movement assessment. We'll discuss your history, goals, any injuries or limitations, and run a basic movement screen. No weights, no pressure — just information gathering so we can build the right program for you.
-
Most clients notice improved energy and movement quality within 2–3 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically appear at the 6–8 week mark depending on consistency, nutrition and starting point. We track progress weekly so you always know where you stand.
-
In most cases, yes. We work with clients with a wide range of injuries, chronic conditions and post-surgical recoveries. We'll ask for a GP clearance where appropriate and design your program around your limitations rather than ignoring them.
-
The optimal frequency depends on your goal and recovery capacity. Most clients train 2–4 times per week with us. We'll recommend a frequency during your consultation based on your lifestyle and what the science says will produce the best return for your investment.
TRAINING & PROGRAMMING
-
100% custom. Every program is written from scratch based on your movement assessment, training history, goal timeline and lifestyle constraints. We don't use cookie-cutter templates — not even as a starting point.
-
Programs are reviewed and updated every 4–6 weeks as a minimum, or sooner if your progress, schedule or goals shift significantly. Ongoing weekly adjustments are made between blocks based on your check-in data.
-
Life happens. We account for it. Your program is built with flexibility in mind and sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. A bad week is just data — we adjust and move forward without judgment.
-
Yes. Your program includes guidance on how to structure your independent training days. Many clients train 1–2 additional times per week on their own using the program we provide.
-
Yes. We offer fully remote coaching packages that include a custom program, nutrition guidance, weekly video check-ins and direct messaging access to your coach. The results are just as strong — accountability doesn't require proximity.
NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE
-
All plans include at minimum a personalised nutrition baseline guide. The Elite and Performance plans include full macro coaching with ongoing adjustments. Standalone nutrition-only packages are also available.
-
No. We use a flexible dieting approach — macro targets and meal timing guidelines that work around your food preferences, culture and social life. Rigid meal plans are unsustainable for most people. We build strategies that last.
-
Absolutely. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, kosher, halal, gluten-free or simply allergic to a long list of things — we'll build your nutrition strategy around what actually works for your body and lifestyle.
-
We provide evidence-based supplement guidance where relevant — creatine, protein, vitamin D and a handful of others have strong scientific support. We don't push products or have commercial relationships with supplement companies. Our advice is unbiased.
PRICING & LOGISTICS
-
No. All memberships are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel with 14 days' notice at any time. We believe our results should retain clients — not contractual obligation.
-
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfer and direct debit. Billing is monthly, processed on the same date each month. No upfront lump sums required.
-
We're based in Shoreditch, London — a 2-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street Overground. Free parking is available on surrounding streets after 6:30pm and on weekends.
-
The studio operates Monday to Friday from 5:30am to 10pm, Saturday from 7am to 6pm, and Sunday from 8am to 4pm. Early morning and evening slots are in high demand — we recommend booking at least a week ahead.
